The BOA brand was looking for a new Creative Director to give life to its refreshed "Fit To Go Further" campaign. I took the most enviable elements of the brand and organized them into a simple, easy-to-understand identity. From there, I made recommendations on creative strategy and identified key communication mediums where the brand would be most effective in delivering their message to the worlds most demanding athletes. 

This presentation was internal.

The Process

There were four key areas the brand requested that I cover: Personify the Brand, Visual Design, Brand-Partner Marketing, and Marketing Mediums. 

Within each of these categories, I established a strong creative point-of-view for where the brand was currently doing well, and where their opportunities lay. I broke down each element of brand equity and each asset the brand possessed was mapped to a spectrum of fixed-to-flexible assets. This was overlaid against a brand pyramid that set forth a new mission and brand essence.

Once these brand equities were established, I made creative recommendations for how to use brand partners, including influencers, brands that shared similar values, and events that fit the brand tone for BOA. The final category gave generalized media recommendations on ways to achieve reach and impression goals that favored the brand equity and shared the BOA "Fit To Go Further" story.
